Cheryl Cole & Will.i.am to perform at World Cup?

Cheryl Cole is rumoured to be performing at this year's FIFA World Cup gig alongside Black Eyed Peas.

The singer has reportedly been added to the line up at the Kick-Off Concert in South Africa.

Other stars who are already confirmed for the gig include Alicia Keys, Shakira and John Legend.

The event, which be held at Johannesburg's Orlando Stadium on June 10, will celebrate the start of the World Cup.

The news may shock her ex, England defender Ashley Cole, who is struggling to be fit in time for this summer's tournament.

Cheryl is expected to perform her single 3 Words with Black Eyed Peas' founder member Will.i.am. and in May she also goes on tour with the band.

Amy Winehouse launches clothing range

Amy Winehouse, known for her distinctive style, is turning fashion designer with her own collection.
The Rehab star has teamed up with Fred Perry to create a 17-piece retro-inspired wardrobe, consisting of capri trousers, cardigans and mini-dresses.

"I'm really excited - we've been working on it for a while and it's great to see it finally come to fruition," she said.

The troubled performer is said to have had a very hands-on role in the creation of the range.

Fred Perry marketing director Richard Martin said: "Amy has been wearing Fred Perry for years, so we were aware she was a genuine fan of the brand.

"Amy has a unique sense of style that reflects the brand's own historical reference points," he told Women's Wear Daily.

"We had three major design meetings where she was closely involved in product style selection and the application of fabric, colour and styling details.

"Amy gave crucial input on proportion, colour and fit. The range clearly has Amy's handwriting."

Amy's debut fashion collection is expected to hit stores in October
